I am thrilled that you have chosen to look at my photographs.

I have split my Galleries into four main sections. The Cherwell Valley, South Africa, India and the Gulf of Morbihan.
The Cherwell Valley, Oxfordshire, England, where I live and which offers many opportunities for the photographer.It is also the setting for my new romantic novel, Aynho Junction, set in the early 1940's. The valley is criss crossed with public footpaths yielding a wealth of wildlife and although by no stretch of imagination is the valley remote it is quite possible to walk for several hours without seeing a soul.
St Mary's church at Lower Heyford is particularly photogenic and she will offer an ever changing face according to time of day and season so I have included several examples.
St Mary the Virgin, at Adderbury is a truly exceptional parish church. I am particularly pleased with the picture of the chancel. Now that the scaffolding is down I have been able to include recent photographs of the exterior.This was Charlotte Green's church, the heroine in my new novel, "Aynho Junction."
Heyford houses are mostly built of stone, generally very attractive and I will offer a random selection with frequent changes.
The river and canal, both of which wind their way down the full length of the valley provide much colour, especially the canal craft, and an ever changing perspective.
Do enjoy my photographs of South Africa and Namibia. I hope the impression they give will, at least, partially explain why I am so besotted with these fabulous countries. Their peoples, hospitality, landscapes, winelands, animals and whales have the capacity to touch the soul. Many of the locations may be familiar so do try McGregor, Bartholomeus Klip and say, Bushman's Kloof for the real South Africa.
I took my camera to India to capture some of the fine buildings in Delhi designed by our great architects Sir Herbert Baker and Sir Edwin Lutyens and I hope you enjoy them. See if you can spot the tiger in the wild in the Ranthambore National Reserve.
I have also posted the Gulf of Morbihan. It is famous for its light and its micro mediterranean climate. Both attributes endear it to the photographer and its only a ferry ride from home and a stride across the Breton peninsula.
Finally, and by no means less importantly I have posted some wedding photos which Matth and Tara can show their friends around the world after their epic trip to most of the inhospitable parts of the globe.
Upon request I shall be delighted to post additional photographs within any of the gallery headings.
