Cherwell Valley
These pictures are all taken within short walking distance of my home. They are more a record than works of art but do, I hope, capture the wonderful changes of light in this picturesque valley
Cuttle Mill, Steeple Aston
Cuttle Mill is situated in the flood plain
and the Valley does regularly flood. It seems to take only a shower or two below Banbury and two or three days later we are underwater! This house is a little more elevated than it appears and usually escapes flooding.
