South Africa: Zimbali
This is an idyllic lodge about 20 miles north of Durban, and overlooking the Indian Ocean. Golf, indigenous animals and birds in profusion. In the gardens at least 3 varieties of Kingfisher can be spotted. All part of the service is a drive down to the beach (and back at your discretion) and on the five minute trip you are likely to be greeted by monkeys and dieker. A lovely place to stay.

Para gliding

Often defying the red flag para gliders need to be exceptionally strong swimmers as only the most skilled or just lucky don't finish up in the water.
