These pictures are all taken within short walking distance of my home. They are more a record than works of art but do, I hope, capture the wonderful changes of light in this picturesque valley
Upper Heyford, Church and Farm
It was an exceptional winter's day which enabled this view from across the Oford Canal to be captured. I have regretted elsewhere how difficult it is the photograph the church and this perspective reveals some of the reasons for the difficulties. The farm enjoys spectacular views of the valley and Steeple Aston beyond.
