Victoria Falls
One of the truly awesome sights of the world. The falls, over a mile wide on the Zambezi river, straddle both Zambia and Zimbabwe. My pictures are taken from the eastern cataract in Zambia, just below Livingstone and a short walk from the Royal Livingstone and Zambezi Sun hotels.

The edge

Only a few feet from disaster. No-one has survived going over the edge. Many elephants and hippos have gone over and none has survived the drop of more than 1000 feet.
